馬澤璉接任歐洲經貿辦事處處長

歐盟外交及安全政策高級代表莫格里妮女士於日前宣布，馬澤璉女士 (Madeleine Majorenko) 將於九月接任歐洲經貿辦事處處長一職。

瑞典籍的馬澤璉女士現為歐盟對外事務部 (European External Action Service EEAS) 睦鄰政策處(European Neighbourhood Policy)處長。她於1996年加入歐盟執委會，曾任職於企業總署(1996-2002)及內部市場總署(2002-2005)。她於2005年加入歐盟執委會對外關係總署 (Directorate General for External Relations DG RELEX)，並被任命為東歐及南高加索事務處副處長，於2009年被任命為對外關係總署睦鄰政策處處長。對外關係總署於2011年改制為歐盟對外事務部。
在加入歐盟執委會前，馬澤璉女士曾任職於瑞典產業聯合會 (Federation of Swedish Industries)、瑞典國家貿易署 (Swedish National Board of Trade)及北歐部長理事會 (Nordic Council of Ministers)。馬澤璉女士於1987年畢業於瑞典隆德大學 (University of Lund) 政治及國際關係系。
歐洲經貿辦事處現任處長龐維德先生將於八月底卸任，並回任法國外交部。

Madeleine Majorenko Announced as Head of the European Economic and Trade Office
Federica Mogherini, the EU's High Representative for Foreign Policy, announced earlier this week the appointment of Madeleine Majorenko as the next Head of the European Economic and Trade Office in Taiwan (EETO).
Ms Majorenko is currently, since 2011, Head of Division for European Neighbourhood Policy in the European External Action Service (EEAS). She joined the European Commission in 1996 and worked successively at the Directorate Generals for Enterprise (1996-2002), and for the Internal Market (2002-2005). She joined the Directorate General for External Relations (DG RELEX) in 2005 and was appointed as Deputy Head of Unit for Relations with Eastern Europe and South Caucasus. She was appointed as Head of Unit for European Neighbourhood Policy in 2009. The DG RELEX became part of the EEAS in 2011.
Ms Majorenko had beforehand also worked at the Federation of Swedish Industries, at the Swedish National Board of Trade, and at the Nordic Council of Ministers. Originally from Sweden, she graduated from the University of Lund in 1987 with a degree in Political Science and International Relations.
