AIT　5/12日領事服務到台南

您是美僑需要辦理美國護照更新、加頁、新生兒海外領事出生報告或文件公證嗎? 美國在台協會高雄分處代表將於5月12日到台南提供領事及諮詢服務。

服務時間於上午11點30分至中午12點30分在國立台南成功大學博物館內二樓小會議室，地址為台南市大學路1號成功校區，請由大學路和勝利路交口之校門進入較為方便。

請詳加閱讀我們的網站http://kaohsiung-ch.ait.org.tw/us-passports.html取得表格及各項服務所需的文件的資訊。請攜帶用A4紙影印現有護照上載有個人資料的內頁和附有相片的證件。

為了寄回你的新護照或其他文件，請自行準備一個貼有50元郵票的中型回郵信封。請體諒由於出外服務，這段期間，我們僅能接受台幣現金，請儘量自備零錢。如有任何問題，請電洽美國在台協會高雄分處 (07) 335-5006。

AIT Representatives to Visit Tainan May 12 to Provide Consular Services for U.S. Citizens
Are you a U.S. citizen who needs to renew or add pages to your U.S. passport, obtain a Consular Report of Birth Abroad for a newborn, or have a document notarized? Representatives of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), Kaohsiung Branch Office, will visit Tainan on May 12, 2015 to provide those consular services and answer questions.
The services will be offered at the 2nd floor meeting room of National Cheng Kung University Museum, located at Cheng Kung Campus, No. 1, University Road, Tainan City, from 11:30 to 12:30 pm. For your convenience, please use the door near the corner of University Road and Sheng-Li Road.
Please check our website at http://kaohsiung.ait.org.tw/us-passports.html for more information on required application forms and current fees. Please bring a photocopy of your passport and a photo ID. In order for us to mail back your new passport or other documents, please prepare a self-addressed envelope with NT$50 postage. During this outreach visit, we will only be able to accept cash in local Taiwan NT dollars; please bring exact change for your requested service.
